Interns will be
Assigned a buddy and mentor at the start of the internship to guide them through the training program. Rotated through various departments at the hotels.

3.负责前厅保洁，要求做到干净整洁。

5.负责客房铺床，布草整理，耗品摆放。（不需要清洁，有专职员工负责）

1.了解当天和未来房态。
2.与上级主管探讨每日，每月，每年的营业指标策划活动。
3.客户抵店前检查房间卫生和赠品的摆放。
4.促进客人给予好评。
5.负责客房铺床，布草整理，耗品摆放。（不需要清洁，有专职员工负责）
6. 负责房源上传及发布，把最美的酒店在各个渠道展示给我们的客人；负责各个渠道的订房和咨询工作，以订单转化率作为工作目标。
7. 根据运营的工作和服务标准，开展门店日常管理和基础服务，负责安排酒店所有工作人员作息和分工。
8. 能根据客人需求出现在现场，接待您的客人，让他感到热情满满，及时处理投诉，不断改善酒店门店运营工作，维护好公共关系。
9. 如有突发问题迅速反应快速解决，重大事件及时上报上级主管进行协助处理。
10. 前台账务管理。
11. 对客房保洁工作进行监管及验收，定期进行运营状况分析，搜集周边酒店产品价格和活动动态，提出销售策略建议。
